Step 1 of 6Pull apart hinge. Using something to pry them apart may help.

Step 2 of 6Fasten to the bottom of your tailgate or side like so using stainless steel M8x25 hex socket cap screw, stainless steel M8 nyloc nut and antiseize.

Step 3 of 6Fasten your antiluce in the top hole of your side like so.

Step 4 of 6Ensure the antiluce is straight as shown above. Apply the rubber washer and then the o-ring around your antiluce.

Step 5 of 6Insert the rubber button in the bottom hole. Ensure it is pushed through properly.

Step 6 of 6Fasten the other half of the hinge to the combing rail using antiseize, stainless steel M8x25 hex socket screws and nylocs. Secure side to tray like shown above.
