

It should look like this when done
Note: In this photos it is sitting on the pallet upside down

Start with a floor piece. There are 2 x identical pieces.
1200mm Canopy, Part #:...............
Dual Cab, Part #:...............
Countersink all holes from top side
Pro Tip:
Hold the drill on, and move from hole to hole.
An equal amount of pressure will countersink to the same depth

Get a countersunk rivet.
Note: This is not the standard Tray floor rivets. These are shorter.

Clean off your workbench

Put the 2 x floor pieces together like this
1200mm Canopy, Part #:...............
Dual Cab, Part #:...............
First, identify the outside Unistruts
Cut Lengths:
Boss 1200mm Canopy: ............mm
Boss Dual Cab Canopy: ............mm
Fit them with their retainer piece
Hang it off the end of your workbench to get a couple rivets in each end.
Repeat this of the other side
Repeat for the side-to-side Unistruts
Cut Lengths:
1900 Wide Canopy: ...........mm
2000 Wide Canopy: ...........mm
2100 Wide Canopy: ...........mm
It will look like this with the Unistruts laid in place
Add the folded retainer pieces
120mm Canopy, Part #:...............
Dual Cab Part #:...............



Get a couple rivets in from the underside.
Pro Tip:
Do enough so that it can be flipped over. The rest will be done from the top side.
Flip over
Do all other rivets
Get the recessed latch pieces, bend them by hand like this
Add them to the canopy floor
Part #:...............
Add the centre spine joiners
Part #:...............
It will now look like this
