

Take the stopper and place x2 M6 nuts in the hex holes.
Place the stopper inside the channel of the right inner slide and fasten using M6 x 12 bolts and loctite.
Take the inner slide and fasten it to the right side of your drawer using m6 nylocs.
Tighten the nylocs.
Match drill a 8mm hole at the rear of the inner slide and fasten the bearing to the slide using loctite and M8 x16.
Ensure that the keyways on the bearing boss and slide line up.
The right side of your drawer should look like this.
Repeat the same steps on the left side of your drawer using the left inner slide with the 90 degree at the end.
Take the mount that sits on the right side of your drawer and remove the tabs like so.
Insert M6 nuts in the hex holes of the stopper and fasten to the right outer slide using M6 x12.
Fasten the right outer slide to the mount and the stoppers.
Drill a 8mm hole through the front of the right outer slide where your bearing will sit.
Fasten the bearing to the right outer slide using M8 x 16
Once the bearing is fastened, your right outer slide is completed.
Remove the tabs off the mount that sits to the left of your drawer.
Place the left outer slide on your mount and fasten with M6 nylocs.
Fasten the stopper to the slide using M6 nuts as you have done previously.
Once again drill a 8mm hole at the front of the mount for the bearing.
Fasten the bearing to the slide using a M8 x 16 bolt and loctite.
Your left outer bearing slide should look like so.
Take the handle and latch and slot them on to the 90 degree on the left inner slide.
Fasten the handle and latch to the left inner slide using m6 X16.
Drill a 6mm hole through the drawer and fasten a M6 x 12 & Nyloc.
Re-install your mounts to your canopy and drawer.
Your bearing slide installation is now complete.
