Get your trolley.

Depending on the size of the product, depends on which trolley you get. 3 metres and bigger use the big trolley. 3 metres and smaller, use the small trolley.

Get the protective plastic and line the trolley with it. The plastic will need to be 1-3 metres longer then your product depending on the amount so it can wrap around the ends. Make sure the plastic is equal at both ends.

Start stacking the product.

Two pieces of channel fit inside of each other.

On the old trolley they fit 20 pieces across.

On the new trolley they fit 26 pieces across.

Make sure the channel is equal at both ends.

Make sure when stacking the channel in the trolley not to scratch the channel beside it.

With different sizes and notched channel, place a piece of cardboard under the ends of the smaller size or the notched part to prevent scratches on the channel below it.

Once you have the amount you need, wrap the plastic around it.

Once the plastic is wrapped around it, use tape to secure the ends and tape around the entire pack to hold the plastic in place.

Packing wood size requirements.

Please pay attention to the tips and tricks as it states how many sets you'll need, how many straps you'll need and that you'll need to double the bottom timbers.

Cut the wood to the size you need, strap the wood to the channel pack.

Add your sticker to the left hand side and then the pack is done.
