Re-Fit Reversing Sensors: Silverado MY22+

We are removing both the sensor and the radar harness from the original rear bumper. All of this will be re-fitted

Cut the plastic clips which hold the harness to the rear bumper

With your thumb spread the sensor holder apart. The sensor will pop out.

Twist 90° to remove the license plate lights

M7 socket to remove the radars

Mark them “D” for drivers side or “P” for passengers.

Torx T20, remove the screw holding the radar unit to the plastic bracket

remove the harness from the bumper

<p>Trim the excess clips from the harness</p>

Fit the sensors to the tray

With a second person, put the vehicle into reverse and check that the sensors are activating correctly
