Please note that the wellside trim sealing needs to be completed before you continue. Click link below:
Begin by removing the bolts that fasten the trim to the wellside.
Do this for both sides of Vehicle
Fasten the front hold down panel to the front trim using M6x25 button heads with spring & flat washers.
Fasten the mounting rails to the sides of the wellside using M8x25 button heads with spring & flat washers.
Complete step on the other side of the wellside.
Apply plastic cover for cab protection from wiring.
Lift the hardlid onto the wellside ensuring that the clinch studs line up with the mounting rails.
Apply Silicone to the underside edge of hardlid rear corners and place rain diverters under hardlid
Remove any access silicone
Using M6x30 stainless steel button heads with flat washers, fasten the front of the hardlid to front mount.
Using M6 nyloc nuts, secure the clinch studs from the hardlid to the mounting rails. Repeat on the other side.
Unbolt the M8’s to adjust the latch only if necessary.
When doors are opened both latches should operate at the same time.
