How to assemble all types of drawers and under drawer benches.
1
Step 1 of 8

First off, it is important to understand which slide to use and where. See above a left and right slide with the inner slide in the runner and then taken out. Note the tabs at the front of each slide when the inner is removed.

2
Step 2 of 8

Remove the drawer inner like so. Fasten your inner slides to your drawer body using zinc M5x12's and nylocs. The nyloc nut needs to face in toward the drawer body. Ensure that the first hole on the slide lines up with the first hole on the drawer and the yellow tab is at the top.

3
Step 3 of 8

On the left is a wall mount and right is a post mount. The SB or TR we see indictes the front of the mount. The tab at the front of each slide has to be facing down meaning this post mount can only be on the right side of the drawer.

4
Step 4 of 8

As mentioned in the names, a post mount is bolted to a post in the canopy/toolbox and the wall mount to the wall of the canopy/toolbox. You can see this in the canopy above. The location of the drawer determines whether the left or right slide is going on the wall or post mount.

5
Step 5 of 8

Once you have figured out which mount to put your slide on, fasten with a zinc M6x12's. The button head of the bolt needs to be facing the runner and the nyloc facing the mount. The runner will not be able to slide in and out if this is incorrect.

6
Step 6 of 8

For an under drawer bench, slide the inner part of the runner out like so. Take the inner slide and fasten onto bench using zinc M5x12 button heads & nylocs. Ensure the blue tabs are facing upwards.

7
Step 7 of 8

Fasten the other inner on the other side. Your bench should now look like this. Fasten the outer slides to the bench mounts on the drawer using zinc M6x12 button heads.

8
Step 8 of 8

When the drawer is upside down, the tabs at the front of the outer slide should be facing up like so. It is important that this is correct. Push your stainless bench in and your under drawer bench is completed.
