Torque Values

Take the drawers out of the carcase to place the split drawer inside the van.

The two red arrows are the bolts that will need loosening. The blue arrow is the bearing that pulls out once loosened. And then the drawer can slide out of the carcass.

Lift the carcass into the van.

Measure the carcass to be 50mm from the side of the door.

Measure from the end of the drawer carcass to the end of the floor. Make sure it is the same measurement on both sides.

Clamp the drawer to the floor on both sides.

Drill pilot holes first for where the bolts will be placed.

Where to drill the hole.

Drill with an 8.5mm drill bit before putting bolt in.

Place an M8 hex head bolt with M8 washers. Fit a M8 nyloc nut onto the bolt.

Tighten the 4 bolts for the drawer carcass to be secure to the floor of the van.

Insert the split drawers back into the carcass.

Fit the bearings in make sure the drawer still works smoothly.
