Identify the supplied tyre holder.

The thread is intensionally supplied long, so it can be custom modified to suit the tyre/wheel used.

Check height on bracket, should be within 30mm of desired height

Fit tyre to Tray

Measure from end of spigot to mounting face (on a standard LandCruiser GXL, this is 85mm)

Mark it: Distance + 25mm

E.g. in this example it was 85+15= 110mm

Cut it to size

Deburr sharp edge on end of thread
