Preventative Maintenance Checks.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Gloves and Safety Glasses. If you don’t already have a pair of gloves or safety glasses, please see the store person.

QA Sheet. You will find a QA sheet at the machine, if there is no QA sheet there, see the team leader or production. A QA sheet will need to be completed at the start, throughout and, at the end of the day.

There are no tools required.

Turn the main isolater switch (power switch) to On.

Press the black Reset button located on the console to reset the machine.

Turn the Lubrication switch to the right to turn On the machines lubrication system.

Turn the hydraulics switch to the right to turn On the hydraulics.

Add in your measurements by tapping the space to the right of the distance (top right)and quantity by tapping the space to the right of the B SV (Middle) and reset counter by tapping the RST button.

Turn the de-coiler main isolator switch (power switch) to On.

Press the green Start button located on the V5000 console.
