Setting Up an Organisation

This guide explains how to join or create a workspace when your account is not yet associated with an organisation.

Step 1 of 4

<p>Go to <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="http://knowby.co">knowby.co</a> and click the <strong>Start for free</strong> button to begin the organisation setup.</p>

Step 2 of 4

<p>Fill in your <strong>First and Last name</strong>, then your <strong>Organisation name</strong> — the name of your company or team — followed by your <strong>email address</strong>. Once everything's filled in, click <strong>Next</strong>.</p>

<p>On the next screen, choose <strong>Where would you like to store your media?</strong> </p><blockquote><p>Knowby offers international hosting in <strong>APAC</strong>, <strong>EU</strong>, or <strong>Canada</strong> — pick where you'd like your image and video content stored once you start creating instructions, using the dropdown menu.</p></blockquote><p>Read the <strong>Terms of Service</strong> and <strong>Privacy Policy</strong>, then tick the box confirming you've read and agree to them. </p><p>Click <strong>Start My Free Trial</strong> to finish.</p><p></p>

On the next screen, choose Where would you like to store your media?

Knowby offers international hosting in APAC, EU, or Canada — pick where you'd like your image and video content stored once you start creating instructions, using the dropdown menu.

Read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then tick the box confirming you've read and agree to them.

Click Start My Free Trial to finish.

Step 4 of 4

You'll land on a Check your inbox to finish signing up screen.

Follow the instructions in the email from noreply@knowby.pro to finalise your account — it usually arrives within 2 minutes.

Clicking the button in the email takes you to one of two places:

Already have an account? You're redirected straight into your new organisation
Don't have one yet? You'll land on the Sign up page
