Step 1 of 7
Separate and layout the WaterJet cut pieces onto the Die.
Take note of the time you have started the job.

Apply an appropriate amount of glue to the rubber (loctite/Stafotack or equivalent).

Step 3 of 7
Carefully press glued rubber down onto the correct position on the Die.
The blades are very sharp take care not to cut yourself.

Once all water jet rubber is glued, there will be uncovered knife on the balancing rule and the job.

Step 5 of 7
Fill the uncovered knife with hand cut strip rubber, using the correct rubber. In this case it is 12.7mm red Monroe.

Once rubber complete go through the appropriate checklist.

Step 7 of 7Once die rubber complete, fill in the correct part of the time sheet. Recording the time it took to complete.
