Tools Required

4 x M8x25

4 x Washers

4 x Penny Washers

4 x Flanged nyloc nuts

Remove spare tyre

Remove front under panel

Ensure centre brace is in correct position before install

Ensure drawer is hard against the left side of wellside leaving enough room for the tail gate to close correctly

Mark out holes required for drilling

Remove drawers

Using drill spacer drill holes in wellside deck

Place drawer back in wellside and

Secure down using M8x25 bolts

Locate front and rear bolts and secure with penny washers and flanged nuts

Replace spare tyre and front under tray protector

Secure front fascia and ply leaving the front and rear holes for slider if required
