



Fit a 910mm length of low-profile bar to either side of the drawer with a strut nut and an M8 x 25 with a flat head washer to hold it tight to the drawer carcase.

Ensure the drawer is from the rear of the van. On both sides.

Ensure the drawer is 80mm for the front of the van as shown on both sides.

Measure each side to ensure it is the same length.
Line the Yellow tool up with where the arrow is pointed.

Measure 4x 100mm from each side of the drawer inside the low-profile bar and make a marking where to drill.
With a 4mm drill bit, drill a pilot hole through the low-profile bar and the rest of the liner/van.
Using a 30mm hole saw. Cut out the liner around the 4mm pilot hole.
Using a 12mm drill bit, drill through the van floor where the 4mm pilot hole was.

Hole drilled out.
Insert a plus nut into each of the 12mm holes.
spray each plus nut with soft seal.
With an 8.5mm drill bit, drill through each of the 4mm pilot holes in the low-profile bar.
Inside the hole saw cut out in the liner. Place an M8 penny washer and an M8 nyloc nut.

Use an M8 x 50mm bolt with an M8 heavy-duty washer and an M8 spring washer.
Place the hex bolt into the low-profile bar and screw it into the M8 nyloc nut.
Place all 4 bolts in before tightening them.
Tighten the bolts to spec.
Fit the drawers back in.
Fit the bearing kit to the drawer as shown.
