Remove all the screws holding the crate lid to the pallet and lift off. The screws that need to be removed are marked red.

Open canopy doors and remove x4 hold down nuts & bolts. Now your canopy is ready for lifting. Remove the cardboard box and associated parts that are strapped to the pallet. These will contain your fitting kit ect.

Remove earth from battery if you have central locking.

If you have a plastic tub liner, you may need to cut some clearance holes to gain access to the factory tie down anchor points in your wellside.

Please note that some tub liners do not require this step.

Install the 2x front and 2x rear mounting brackets using 8x M8x30 button head bolts with flat washers and spring washers. get bolts started, but leave the mounts loose for now.

Apply plastic cover to protect cab from canopy wiring

If you have an electrical system, feed the cables between the wellside and cab before lowering canopy onto the ute.

Lower canopy onto wellside slowly, get all 4 corner bolts and nuts started before completly lowering on to wellside. Ensure canopy is central and there is an adequate gap between cab and canopy.

Lower canopy onto wellside slowly, get all 4 corner M8x20 button head bolts and nylock nuts started before completely lowering on to wellside. Ensure canopy is central and there is an adequate gap between cab and canopy. Then fully tighten all hold down bolts to 25nm.

Temporarily bolt the loose centre mount to the canopy centre mount with the 2x thick M8 flat washers in between. Ensure the mount is straight, then match drill a 8.5mm hole through the wellside. When breaking through the hole with the drill, be carful not to continue drilling through the second skin of the wellside.

Remove the 2x thick m8 flat washers and install the loose centre hold down mount using 2x m8x20 button head bolts and nylocks.

If you have a plastic tub liner, you will need to cut some clearance in the rear corners of your tail gate liner to meet against your M2 Artemis Canopy seal.

If you have central locking, follow the central locking knowby for the vehicle harness install

The top of the tailgate and the foam seal may foul

In this case, cut a chamfer into the foam like so and your tailgate will be able to close, sealing the canopy

If the latch and barrel nut are fouling, take x2 Allen keys and slightly loosen the barrel nut like so. The barrel nut can be moved up or down. Move to the required height and fasten. Your barrel nut should now slot in to the latch smoothly.

For the rear door latches, the same process from the previous step is used. The barrel nut can move horizontally to its correct position. Tighten and your rear door should now latch smoothly.
