Begin by taking the inner slide out of your outer slide. Fasten the inner slide to the drawer using M5x12 zinc countersunk bolts and nylocs. The tap at the front of the inner slide should be facing downwards like so. Ensure the nylocs are facing inwards towards the drawer.

When it comes to the left and right slide it it’s important to get it correct. The tab at the front of the outer slide needs to the facing upwards as shown above.

On the left is a wall mount and right is a post mount. With the tab facing upwards on the post mount, this means the mount can only by of the right side of the drawer. As mentioned in the names, a post mount is bolted to a post in the canopy and the wall mount to the wall of the canopy. You can see this in the canopy above. The location of the drawer determines whether the left or right slide is going on the wall or post mount. The location of the drawer is noted in the MRP job sheet.

Once you have figured out which slide goes on which mount, slot the outer slide into the tabs at the back of the mount and fasten using M6x12 zinc button heads and nylocs. Ensure the button head is facing the mount.

Take x1 rubber button and using a M5x16 button head and nyloc, fasten the button to either side of the drawer. Which ever side the rubber button goes on doesn’t matter. Side the mounts on to the drawer.

Take the handle and attach to the inner slides tabs using M4x20 button heads and nylocs. Your drawer is now complete.

To complete your under drawer bench first you need to figure out the orientation of the bench mounts. As you can see from one end of the mount to the hole is 75mm and at the other end it is 63mm. 

The end at which there is a 63mm gap inbetween the hole and the edge of the mount faces at the front of the drawer. Use zinc M6x16's and nylocs to secure to the drawer while making sure the nyloc faces the inside of the drawer. Repeat of the other side. 

Measure to ensure the correct orientation of the mount. Fasten all bolts.

Take your drawer slides and place them inside the mounts. To ensure the correct orientation, when the drawer is upside down the tabs on the outer runner should be facing down as shown. Bolt your runners on using zinc M6x12's and nylocs with the head of the bolt facing in towards the runner. 

Fasten the runners to the mounts. Take your stainless bench and flip it upside down. Make sure the arrow is facing you. Take note of the orientation of the inner slide. While the bench is upside down, the tabs on the slides should be facing up. 

Use M5x10 zinc countersunk bolts and nylocs to secure the inner slide to the bench and fasten. Again, note the orientation of the tabs when the bench is flipped right side up. 

Slide your bench into the mounts. Take the handle and secure to the slide tabs using M4x20 button heads and nylocs.

Fasten the handle to the slides tabs. Your under drawer bench is now completed.
