

Your Trek-R tray should be delivered to you in a similar manner as shown.
Begin by removing the sides and tailgate.
Open the doors of the canopy and undo the hold down bracket bolts, washer and rivnut plate
Make sure you keep these somewhere safe to re-install later.
With the hold down hardware removed, close the doors and remove the canopy from the tray.
If you have toolboxes, there are bolts behind each toolbox that bolt down into the ply. These will also need to be removed before you lift the toolboxes.
There will be x4 screws in each corner of the ply.
Remove these and lift the ply from the tray.
Cut the black strapping and remove the wooden block at the headboard.
Your tray is now ready to lift from the pallet and install on your vehicle.
