How to operate the Trailcore Fuel Filler Cap

Step 1 of 3
The key for the Trailcore fuel filler is the circle key with the blue key cover.

Step 2 of 3Insert the key and turn this to the left to unlock your fuel filler cap. Then remove the key.
Remove the cap by twisting this anti-clockwise.

Step 3 of 3Reinstall the cap by turning this clockwise until you feel the rubber o-ring bite. Don't overtighten.
Lock the cap by inserting the key and turning this clockwise 90 degrees then remove, the cap should now disengage and spin freely.
