How to install a Trek-R tray & chassis mounts on your Colorado or Isuzu

Using M12x35 hex head fine threads bolts, loctite and a spring and flat washer, secure the front mounts to the chassis. 


For the center and rear mounts, use zinc M12x35 hex heads, a flat washer on the top, square washer on the bottom and a nyloc.

Lift your tray on to the chassis mounts.


Place runner stiffeners behind the tray where the chassis mounts will bolt through.


Bolt the front and center chassis mounts to the tray using zinc M12x35 hex head bolts with a flat washer on the front and nylocs.

For the rear mount, place a chassis mount washer on the outside of the mount like so. 


Fasten to the tray using zinc M12x35 hex heads and nylocs.

Feed the central locking loom up through the back of the headboard column.

Ensure that the headboard is 40mm away from the cab. If you have a watertank ensure the tank is same same distance away from the cab.

If you have a service body tray make sure that the tray is square and centered to the vehicle and sits ___ away from the cab.

Once all chassis mounts have been tightened, go around with a torque wrench and tighten to 100 newton meters.

fasten the central locking plug to the headboard using stainless self tapping screws.


Insert the green wedge in to the plug.
