Tools Required
- Sockets: 5/8
- Hex Bit: 6mm
- Forklift with Tyne Extensions
- 4 x Lifting Slings
Remove the Tray side boards and tailgate
Remove Tie Downs
Remove the internal tie downs and fasteners. 5/8 Socket
Note: On this job we were only fitting a 1200 mm canopy so the rear tiedowns were left fitted
Identify the supplied canopy mounting rails
Note: Usually supplied inside of canopy
Position Mounting Brackets
It should lineup with the middle hole at the front of the Tray
Fit the Canopy Mounting Brackets
5/8 socket
Remove the Fasteners
It should now look like this, both rails will be fitted.
We are now ready to fit the canopy to the Tray.
Prepare Canopy for Lifting
Slide in the yellow canopy lifting points

IMPORTANT
The “Muller” vent of roof, goes to the front of the Tray (closest to Headboard)
Other than the vent, there is no front or back to a canopy
Attach slings to the yellow lifting points.
Note: The straps should be vertically above the yellow lifting points.
Lift and load the canopy onto the Tray
Note: Make sure you use a second person to help
Open Canopy doors and align canopy with the mounting points on Tray

Get Fasteners
- M10 x 25mm, Stainless Button Head (Qty 4)
- M10 Stainless Washers (Qty 4)

Get M6 Hex bit
Fit Canopy
Use M6 Hex Bit
