Removing F150 1st Edition Wipers and assembly from vehicle

  1. Undo grub screw

  2. Lift arm

  3. Release lever at base

  4. Wiggle arm back and forth to release from spindle

Passenger side wiper scuttle removal

  1. Unclip cover to bonnet wiring

  2. Lift 2 tabs and slide our wiring bracket

  3. Unclip scuttle clips and pull scuttle upwards

  4. Remove wiper jet hose from bottom of Scuttle

Drivers side wiper scuttle removal

  1. Unclip scuttle clips and slide over aerial base

  2. Unclip wiper jet hose from bottom of Scuttle and remove hose

Passenger side wiper scuttle bottom removal

  1. Remove 8mm bolt from outer section

  2. Remove 2 x trim clips

Press in scuttle release clip and lift scuttle up and out

Driver side wiper scuttle bottom removal

  1. Remove 8mm bolt from outer section

  2. Remove 2 x trim clips

Press in scuttle release clip and slide scuttle to the right - do not have to remove completely

Lift the water shield out of the way

Pry the top connector rod off

Remove the top connecting rod from the motor

Pry the bottom connecting rod off

Remove 3 x 8mm bolts to remove wiper motor assembly

The middle and outside bolts that hold the wiper motor assembly on have 5 washes. Use 2 on top of the assembly arm and 3 underneath

Gently remove the wiper motor assembly and unplug the wiring plug to the motor

Unclip the wiper arm to the drivers side spindle

Undo the 3 x 8mm bolts to the drivers side spindle foot and then remove spindle and foot from vehicle
