Lay your first layer of rolls down and put a strap down the middle as close as you can to the centre board.

(If you are only doing a single layer, this is your final layer and you should strap the same as Step 4)

Add two boards then add another layer, this means you can stack vertical.

Strap in the middle of each side of the pallet.

Add another two boards and strap a little closer to the ends.

On your final layer, add two straps as far to the end as you can inside the pallet.

For long rolls you can also add a final strap to each end, further binding the rolls together.
