Step 1 of 4Remove the existing 'E' clip holding the hinge in place by pulling this with a pair of pliers.

Step 2 of 4(if not done already)
Insert the bushes into the hinge.

Step 3 of 4Place the hinge on the lid with the hook side facing up and align all the bushes.
Slide the pin in until it is flush with the end of the extrusion.
NOTE: Hinge 'hook' should be facing as shown below.

Step 4 of 4Clip the E-clip on to the grove in the center of the pin.
