Step 1 of 7Flick the gas lever forward.

Step 2 of 7Pull up the lever. Then press the button up on the underside of the lever and twist until the whole tapping head comes free.

Step 3 of 7Take the plastic cover off the new keg.

Step 4 of 7Roll the new keg into place.

Step 5 of 7Slide the tapping head into place and push the lever down to crack the keg.

Step 6 of 7Flick the lever back to its original position.

Step 7 of 7Pour your next beer.
