QA Sheet. You will find a QA sheet at the machine, if there is no QA sheet there, see the team leader or production. A QA sheet will need to be completed at the start, throughout and, at the end of the day.

Place the channel into the machine, make sure the channel is flush with the sides and the back. Then press the foot pedal to notch the channel then repeat on the other side.

Set up the 2 Blue packers on a Table. Pack the Notched channel in 2's.

<p>Continue the sets of 2 into 5 sets of 2.</p>
