Whiting can happen when using CONQOR Seal, CONQOR Protect and CONQOR Mediguard, however, is more likely to occur with CONQOR Seal.

<p><strong>Ensure concrete is clean and absorbent</strong></p> <p>How To Test For Absorbancy:</p> <ol> <li>Ensure the concrete surface is dry and free from dampness</li> <li>Apply a small amount of clean water to each test spot/site (approx 20ml)</li> <li>Wait 15–20 mins; check for absorbency—water should not sit as droplets.</li> <li>If absorbent, with profile and grip, proceed with flooring installation.</li> <li>If not absorbent, prep the surface. Burnished or dense floors may need diamond grinding for adequate profile and absorbency.</li> </ol>

How To Test For Absorbancy:

  1. Ensure the concrete surface is dry and free from dampness

Coverage calculation.

Measure the slab and calculate coverage rate as per product TDS: All Tech Sheets

Coverage Rate: Recommended as per TDS but can vary with absorbancy of slab. Satuaration rate may be achieved prior to coverage rate being reached.

If a backpack sprayer is used for application, care must be taken to ensure product does not blow onto any other surface.

Hydrogels cannot be removed from aluminium, glass or cars, once has dried on the surface.

Walk quickly and steadily across the slab, systematically applying an even coat of product to the slab.

Overlap each path across the slab by 100mm to ensure all areas have been coated.

<p>Change direction and continue applying the product as described in step 7. Repeat, changing directions each pass.</p>

Flush out sprayer and nozzles using fresh water.
