The surface where CONQOR WATERSTOP is to be installed must be clean, smooth surface with no voids. CONQOR Waterstop must be installed to a solid continious surface.

It is recommended CONQOR WATERSTOP is to be placed on the positive water ingress side of any reinforcing.

Unroll required length of CONQOR WATERSTOP gasket, apply contact adhesive to the exposed side, and then apply contact adhesive to the concrete surface to have the gasket installed. Allow to tack-off.

NOTE: Recommend to use CONQOR Fix or similar adhesive.

Install CONQOR WATERSTOP on to concrete, apply pressure to ensure complete contact with the adhesive.

Concrete nails may be utilized as an addition to adhesive.

Join lengths of CONQOR WATERSTOP gasket, by cutting a 45° splice and kneading together to form continuous gasket with no visible break.

Ensure the CONQOR WATERSTOP is securely fixed to the surface, prior to concrete being poured, as any gap between gasket and surface will result in the waterstop performance being compromised.

Take care when placing concrete not to damage the waterstop.
