Reserve the pool car by making a booking through the Outlook calendar system.

Collect the car keys from the reception desk at your designated pick-up time.

Retrieve the pool car from its designated parking spot.

Ensure the fuel tank is at least half full before returning the car. Use the provided fuel card for refueling.
