

Loosen the bolts for the bearings to come out of the drawer.
Once the bearings have been pulled out, pull the drawer out of the carcass.
Drill the hole measured out for the low-profile bar with a 4mm drill bit for a pilot hole and then an 8.5mm drill bit

Fit the low-profile bar to the drawer using a strut nut with an M8 x 25 hex head bolt with M8 sping washer and flat head washer.
Lift the drawer carcase into the van once the low-profile bar has been tightened to the carcase.

Ensure the drawer is placed in the right position.
From the drawer side is 300mm
Line the drawer side and the corner of the step up
Measure 300mm from the corner of the step and make the mark.

Drill an 8.5mm hole through the flat bar and the liner and make a mark on the van floor.

With an 8.5mm drill bit, drill through the low-profile bar and liner and mark the van floor.

Mark from drill bit.
Using a 30mm hole saw, drill out around the hole, drill from the 8.5mm drill bit.
Using a 12mm drill bit, use the mark as a guide where to drill through.

Place a plus nut in the hole drilled
Ensure the plus nut is in securely.
Secure the plus nut to the van floor.

Insert 4x M10 heavy washers and 4x M12 nyloc nuts into the liner.
Place 2x M8 x 50mm hex head bolts on the flat bar with M8 flat head washers and 2x M8 x 40mm hex head bolts through the low-profile bar with M8 flat head washers.
Tighten all bolts to spec.
