There are 5 Main line control panels

1. The main Control panel pre line 6 filler

2. Singuliser controller before main control panel

3. Singuliser Controller before blower

4. Remote Singuliser box before evotech

5.Remote Singuliser box after the carton coder

Go to the Main Control panel located pre- filler (Controller 1)

1.Press 'Bottle' on top line

2.Move arrow 'up or down' to correct format

3.Press 'Green tick'

Format will be displayed at the bottom

4.Press 'Pac' & 'Bot' to start conveyors

When changing formats the conveyors must be stopped

5.Reset alarms by pressing the 'eye' and press 'reset' button

At the singuliser before the main panel there will be bottles from the depal to filler (Controller 2)

1.Press yellow 'compacting' button

When bringing in bottles to the filler make sure that we watch for fallen bottles otherwise this may cause a bottle crash

At the singuliser before the blower which controls from the filler to the labeller (Controller 3)

1.Press 'compacting' button

When bringing in bottles to the labeller make sure that we watch for fallen bottles otherwise this may cause a bottle crash

At the remote singuliser box before the Evo tech there which control's bottles into the packers (Controller 4)

1.Press Green 'Start' Button

When bringing in bottles to the packers make sure that we watch for fallen bottles otherwise this may cause a bottle crash

At the remote singuliser box which is controlling to the palletiser (Controller 5)

1. Press Green 'Start' Button

Be wary of turned cartons

There are also other remote singuliser boxes located around the area

1. Next to the lab equipment

2.Prior to the labeller

3.Prior to the filler

These can be used to used stop, start or empty machine

When emptying out the line

Depal will have finished

1.Go filler singuliser controller to the right of the main panel Press 'emptying' button (Controller 2)

Bottle will have stopped adjacent to the lab equipment

2. Go to labeller singuliser controller before blower Press 'Emptying' button (Controller 3)

Bottles will have stopped prior going into the evo tech

3.Go to Remote singuliser box before evotech and press 'empty' button

(Controller 4)

When the line is Finished turn off line on control on main panel (controller 1)

1.Press Red 'Pac' & 'Bot'
