When you click New, you will now be offered to choose from four record types reflecting the four different product categories we now offer, being Mobility, DAC/Networks, IoT and UC.

The Opportunity Record Creation page has been updated to move all the required fields to the top.

The Channel field has had the options reduced to simply Direct or Telstra.

When selecting a price book, you will now have four options to choose from, again reflecting the four product categories we now offer.

The UC, DAC and IoT price books are all based off the previous UC and DAC price book, meaning all products are the same and the way they are captured works the same as they have done historically.

That is all we have done on the Opportunity Record.

We have also made some changes to the Account Record page.

The Voice Vendor Model picklist now includes additional options reflecting current available products.

The WAN/SD-WAN Tech picklist likewise has been updated to include currently available products.
