Take your front left chassis mount and place it on the chassis like so. Take a zinc M12x35 bolt, washer, square washer and nyloc and fasten the chassis mount to the chassis. 

Repeat this process with the center and rear mount with the bolts, washers and nylocs in the same orientation. 

Mirror the steps you have just taken on the other side of the chassis. 

Begin lowering your tray onto the chassis mounts. 

if you have central locking or a redarc system, feed the looms from the cab up through the headboard column on the passengers side. 

Place a runner stiffener behind each of the chassis mounts like so. 

Place x2 M12x35 bolts with a washer and a nyloc through the chassis mount, tray and stiffener. 

Make sure your tray sits evenly on the chassis. If you have a headboard watertank ensure the tank sits 40mm from the cab. If you do not, make sure the headboard sits 40mm from the cab. 

If you have a service body tray, ensure the tray sits 130mm from cab. This measurement is taken from beneath the cab window and the front horizontal cross runner on the tray. 

Before fastening your chassis mounts ensure the chassis mounts also sit square to the tray. 

Once your tray is centered and square, you can begin fastening your chassis mount bolts to the tray. 

Now the bolts that fasten your chassis mounts to the chassis. 

Torque tighten the bolts to 100NM to ensure they are all tight and mark them once they are correctly tightened. 

Screw the central locking plug to the headboard using stainless self tapping screws.

Insert the green wedge in to the plug. 

Your chassis mount and tray installation is now complete.
