Place roof rack side on top of the canopy with the point facing the front. Using M8x25 stainless button heads, spring washers, heavy washers and loctite, bolt the roof rack to the canopy but don't fasten yet.

Place runners across roof rack and bolt together with stainless M8x20 button heads & loctite. Ensure the front runner is placed like so and all rivets on runners are facing down.

Once runners are all fastened, go ahead and tighten the sides to the canopy. Some of these bolts are unaccessible due to the runners being in the way so make sure you do the hidden ones before tightening that particular runner.

For a rear cantilever, complete the previous steps then add the gussets like so. Using M8x20 stainless button heads, a spring washer, a flat washer and loctite, fasten the gusset to the canopy.

Using a stainless M8x20 button head, a heavy washer, a nyloc and antiseize, bolt your gusset to the roof rack side. Tighten all bolts and repeat on the other roof rack side. Your rear cantilever roof rack is now complete.
