How to apply PVC Tape and install a SAHX1200 or Mk1 Service Body Hinge

Step 1 of 7Double sided tape the outside of the hinge close to where the two hinges meet. Repeat this on both sides

Step 2 of 7Peel the double sided tape to expose the adhesive. Apply the black PVC tape to the hinge covering where the two hinges meet

Step 3 of 7Drill out holes again where the plastic tape has covered the holes

Step 4 of 7Place foam on the top of the door where the hinge will go

Step 5 of 7Apply hinge to foam on door with 4.9 rivets some holes might have to be adjusted with a 4.9 drill

Step 6 of 7Once the hinge has been riveted cut the excess foam off the ends with a knife.

Step 7 of 7Complete the same process for securing the door to the toolbox of service body.
