<p>Drain remaining water from the 1" ball valves below each blending valve.</p>

<p>Remove all nuts and bolts from the flanges on the blending valve.</p>

<p>Utilize podgy bars, porta power hydraulic systems, ratchet straps etc to slide out 3-way valves.</p>

<p>Replace each of the removed blending valves with the correctly specified replacements. Utilize all necessary tools as referred to in the removal process to install each blending valve.</p>

<p>Ensure all nuts and bolts are correctly tensioned when installing.</p>

<p>Test operation and calibrate with Priva if necessary.</p>

<p>Working in conjunction with the valve replacement work procedure, open all associated valves and bleed air out of the system. Resume operation when the reticulated system is tested and operational.</p>
