Inspection of Oz gel unit

  • Visually inspect container is intact and not damaged

  • Use the handle of a spoon to open lid

  • Place dirty spoon in cutlery bin

<p><span style="font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.4;">Light Oz gel</span></p><ul><li><p><span style="font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.4;">Use in well ventilated area (Restaurant/ Lounge bar is sufficient)</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.4;">Carefully light Oz gel tin with lighter and place fondue kit on top</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.4;">When removing fondue kit, place lid to extinguish flame using cloth napkin so there is no risk of burn</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.4;">Allow to cool prior to handling</span></p></li></ul><blockquote><p><span style="font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.4;">Note: Even once extinguished, tin will remain hot for 10-15 mins</span></p></blockquote><p></p><p></p>

Light Oz gel

  • Use in well ventilated area (Restaurant/ Lounge bar is sufficient)

  • Carefully light Oz gel tin with lighter and place fondue kit on top

  • When removing fondue kit, place lid to extinguish flame using cloth napkin so there is no risk of burn

  • Allow to cool prior to handling

Note: Even once extinguished, tin will remain hot for 10-15 mins

<p><span style="font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.4;">Disposal of Oz gel container </span></p><ul><li><p><span style="font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.4;">Place container on kitchen pass with cloth napkin </span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.4;">Use cloth napkin to dispose of fondue kit in provided container at the pass </span></p></li></ul><blockquote><p><span style="font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.4;">Note: when disposing of Oz gel container, wear dishwashing gloves to triple rinse tin prior to disposal.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.4;">Dispose of rinsed tin in mixed recycling.</span></p></blockquote><p></p><p></p>

Disposal of Oz gel container

  • Place container on kitchen pass with cloth napkin

  • Use cloth napkin to dispose of fondue kit in provided container at the pass

Note: when disposing of Oz gel container, wear dishwashing gloves to triple rinse tin prior to disposal.

Dispose of rinsed tin in mixed recycling.
