Hardlid Hatch Door Linkage Installation

Begin by removing the lock covers and cut off the wires

undo the bolt and remove the washer holding the wires

Install the new washers and fasten to the latch like so

Loosen the eye bolts and fasten the linkages using M6x16 button heads and nylocs

Ensure you fasten the linkages in the shown orientation

Ensure you do not fasten the bolts too much, leave them slightly loose.

Fasten the eye bolts

Fasten the linkages to the centre washer using M6 nylocs

Ensure you leave the nylocs slightly loose to ensure the locking mechanism can function

For the rear hatch, remove the old wires and install the new washers to the latch like so

Insert the linkages in to the door stiffener and fasten to the eye bolts using M6x16 button heads and nylocs.

Fasten the linkages to the centre washers using M6 nylocs

Ensure the bolts to the eye bolts and centre washers are left slightly loose to allow for movement in the locking mechanism

Repeat the same process for the other side of the rear door
