

remove, seal and re install the trim plugs on the front wall of the wellside
seal the wellside generously in the front corners as per this video, pay extra attention to the small gap on the overhang just above the tub liner.
Use Aluminum tape or plastic tape provided to cover the holes with no captive threads in the front wall of the wellside
install the front packer panel using 4
m8 x30 button tops with spring and flat washers and Loctite, leave these loose for now.
Remove the rear screw and cut and remove the four clips along the side of wellside
Do this for both sides
Ensuring the side mounts are level with the wellside secure front mounting screws and side mounting screws using
M6x20 with washers and nyloc nut
Re-secure rear ford wellside bolt
Repeat this process on opposite side mounting rail
Both side mounts should now be secure
Secure front packer screws
Remove the front factory trim packer and seal the packer provided in place.
Front well side packers are swapped with M2 supplied packers with holes
rear packers are swapped and sealed with silicone using M2 packer with no holes in packer
Middle factory packers remain untouched
Lift hardlid into place
Dropping down central locking cable if required
Hardlids are secured using 6 x M6x20 bolts, ensure bolts have rubber O-Ring in place before securing.
Secure the bracket the connects the hardlid to the side mounts using 2 x M6x20 with flanged nut
Secure the front hole using 1 x M6x20 with flanged nut with washer
Secure front screws using M6x20 with Loctite
Last side screw is secured using M6x30 with flanged nut and penny washer
Seal wellside with silicone cleaning up any excess creating smooth seal
secure the storage box with 4 M8 x 20 button head bolts
