

remove, seal and re install the trim plugs on the front wall of the wellside
seal the wellside generously in the front corners as per this video, pay extra attention to the small gap on the overhang just above the tub liner.
Use Aluminum tape to cover the holes with no captive threads in the front wall of the wellside
install the front packer panel suing 4
m8 x30 button tops with spring and flat washers and Loctite, leave these loose for now.
remove the 4 panel clips down the side of the trim and the M6 bolt at the rear.
Take the mounting rail and using the tab at the front slot it into the front packer, then while holding the rail forward re install the M6 bolt.
Now install the front M8x30 with spring and flat washer into the front packer.
tighten all the packer bolts down.
Fully secure the mounting rails using the M6 x 30 bolts with washer and Nyloc nut ensuring to use the spacers provided.
Tighten all 4 bolts.
Repeat the process for the other side.
Remove the front factory trim packer and seal the packer provided in place.
Dry fit the hard lid, this will give you a chance to tape off areas where you do not want to seal.
Seal the area where the hard lid will contact the wellside ensuring you fully circle each hole along the front.
Now fit the hard lid and secure it down.
In the top side there are 4 M6 x 20 bolts along the the front.
1 M6 x 30 with penny washer and Nyloc in each toolbox door.
Underneath there are 3 M6 Nyloc nuts each side to go on the clinch studs.
Attach the rear struts to the rear door.
then remove the rear factory trim plugs and replace them with the ones provided sealing them in place
secure the storage box with 4 M8 x 20 button head bolts
The engagement and the tension on the latches may need to be adjusted to suit the vehicle
Latches can be adjusted by lowering or raising depth
for detailed information on lock adjustment
After completed installation of hardlid please run through.
