Tools required. Knife and Forklift (You must have a forklift license to operate the forklift)

A coil change could mean two different things on this machine. One, being you've run out of Coil, and Two, being you need to change the coil colour.

Unwind both of the flattening rollers.

If you've run out of coil, do these steps but instead of taking the coil off, all you'll need to do is take off the empty cardboard roll.

Rewind your coil to take up the slack.

Bring the Snubber wheel down.

At the same time press the reverse button on the console and the hand held control.

Lower the feed table.

Bring the snubber wheel up.

Retract the mandrel.

Using the forklift, lift the coil holder up and underneath the coil.

Lift the coil off.

Take the old coil away and bring the new coil over to the coil holder.

Lift the new coil on.

Expand the mandrel.

Forward the coil into the machine.

Move the sheet adjustment guide to make sure the coil is 'just' touching the rear guide.

Reverse the coil to remove the slack.

Jog the material forward until a small amount [5cm] is protruding from the guillotine.
