Tools required. Knife and Forklift (You must have a forklift license to operate the forklift)

A coil change could mean two different things on this machine. One, being you've run out of Coil, and Two, being you need to change the coil colour.

Unwind both of the flattening rollers.

If you've run out of coil, do these steps but instead of taking the coil off, all you'll need to do is take off the empty cardboard roll.

Rewind your coil to take up the slack.

Bring the Snubber wheel down.

At the same time press the reverse button on the console and the hand held control.

Reverse coil until it looks like this.

Lower the feed table.

Tape up the coil.

Bring the snubber wheel up.

Retract the mandrel.

Using the forklift, lift the coil holder up and underneath the coil.

Lift the coil off.

Take the old coil away and bring the new coil over to the coil holder.

Lift the new coil on.

Remove the coil holder.

Make sure the coil is as far back as it can go.

Expand the mandrel.

Bring the snubber wheel down.

Remove the tape.

Bring the Feed table up.

Forward the coil into the machine.

Move the sheet adjustment guide to make sure the coil is 'just' touching the rear guide.

Make sure this cover is down

Forward the coil again until it stops.

Bring the coil forward again.

Reverse the coil to remove the slack.

Bring the snubber wheel up.

Move the sheet adjustment guide, and tighten.

Reverse the coil to reset the counter. Make sure you can see the little orange line.

Tighten the flattening rollers.

Enter your information into the console.

Click on the Send Data button.

Press Ok.

Jog the material forward until a small amount [5cm] is protruding from the guillotine.

Press the white manual cut button.

Blanking line is now ready to RUN.
