Pre-checks
Ensure Contiflow not in use when changing Lamps.
Collect new lamps from store
Turn off Lamp and allow to cool for 3min
Isolate Power to system
Remove old Lamps
Close Water flow
Close infeed supply
Close outfeed supply
Open Sample point (and leave open)
Open drain valve to relieve pressure and empty chamber.
Valve must be opened before removing lamps.
With protective gloves on, press on white button on lamp holder and lift upwards to expose lamp.
Supplied gloves must be worn before handling UV Lamps.
Do not throw old lamps in with General Waste.
Carefully open container housing new lamp and remove.
Gloves must be worn.
*Keep packaging to repack old lamps.
Install new lamps
Insert new Lamp into tube and connect plug, then lower fully into chamber.
Ensure a firm hold on lamp when connecting.
Press down on holder until a click is heard to ensure lid is locked into place.
Continue with previous steps until all tubes have been replaced.
De-Isolate and Restart System
Close lower drain
Open Water flow to filter
Open infeed water valve
Open Outfeed water valve
Close top bleed/sample valve
Chamber may be required to be bleed once refilled. Bleed cap is located on top of chamber.
Turn Power to unit back ON.
Wait for the screen to load.
Reset lamp hours
Navigate to the Service page
Select each Lamp hour counter to highlight box
Press Reset and OK
Process can be restarted.
