How to replace Ford Ranger Radars Sensors and Brackets on a Trailcore

Step 1 of 5

Undo the 4 x M6 Nuts holding the radar in place. (Red Arrows)

Step 2 of 5

Unplug the radar unit

Step 3 of 5

Remove the radar from the housing and install this into the new housing ensuring that the plug remains at the top of the housing.

NOTE: Replace these 1 at a time to prevent getting the left and right hand side radar units mixed up.

Step 4 of 5

Reinstall the radar unit back into the bumper.

Step 5 of 5

Clear fault codes (if any), and complete a road test including 3 x power cycles. (turning the vehicle on and off)
