Ensure the correct Pen
- RED = one time before breakfast only. this is slow release and cares for the night period
- BLUE - Before meals/food. Fast acting and counters the sugar intake

Determine the amount/units to give her.
Red - Will be same every morning
Blue - Dependent on the meal /food she will be eating.
Simply Dial up the pen to the units you want to give her.

Where to inject.
Basically use the tummy button as the center of a wheel. Can go all around this
Get Meila to point to a spot
Change it up every time you do it, a new spot. She tends to want to always go onto the fatty part below tummy button as less pain, but go all around

1- Press in firmly
2- Click in the end of the pen to give all units
3- Count to 10 to ensure all insulin goes in
and DONE :)
ps - in the main these do not worry her at all now. low pain/impact.
