  1. Remove the food residue.
  2. Wipe down with diluted detergent.
  3. Wipe down with clean water.

Wipe clean the conveyor frame.

Clean the conveyor drive rollers

<p>Hose off the pastry on the drive rollers from the rear of the machine. Do not hose towards to the machine.<br>Ensure the part is covered.&nbsp;</p>
