Operator presses the operate button, then presses the Total on button to start all the machines.

When the dough passes though the compound sheeter, it moves along the conveyor in a pastry form to the laminator.

 When operating in sensor mode on the control box, the compound sheeter, conveyor, and the two laminators detect the pastry through sensors and activate the machines accordingly.

After the pastry passes through the two laminators (1314&1315) and potato starch is dusted by the dusting machine.

The pastry with potato starch is placed into blue bins from the conveyor belt.
