Workaround: Fixing Missing Stickers on Published Steps
If your stickers are disappearing or not displaying correctly after publishing a Knowby, use this quick workaround. By slightly modifying the stickers (duplicating/deleting or bringing them forward), you force the step to re-transcode, ensuring everything appears correctly in the final published version.

Step 1 of 2For a single sticker on a step: Click the 'duplicate' button on the sticker, then simply delete the duplicate.

Step 2 of 2For multiple stickers: Click the 'bring forward' button on each of the stickers to bring them to the foreground.
Doing this essentially forces the step to re-transcode when it is published. After applying the workaround, publish the Knowby as normal, and the stickers should appear correctly.
