<p>Lower of the Trailcore Body Drawer faceplate to prevent rubbing requires the following steps:</p><ol><li><p>Removing Rivets on top face of faceplate&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Removing Rivets on bottom face of faceplate</p></li><li><p>Removing faceplate from inner frame</p></li><li><p>Removing inner frame</p></li><li><p>Slotting holes</p></li><li><p>Re-assembly / check</p></li></ol><p></p>

Lower of the Trailcore Body Drawer faceplate to prevent rubbing requires the following steps:

  1. Removing Rivets on top face of faceplate 

  2. Removing Rivets on bottom face of faceplate

  3. Removing faceplate from inner frame

  4. Removing inner frame

  5. Slotting holes

  6. Re-assembly / check

<ul><li><p>Pull Faceplate off</p></li><li><p>Disconnect plastic rod ends or start washers&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Undo M8x30 Hex bolts from drawer extrusion on both sides</p></li><li><p>Remove fasteners and sealant holding ply</p></li><li><p>Remove inner frame&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p></p>
  • Pull Faceplate off

  • Disconnect plastic rod ends or start washers 

  • Undo M8x30 Hex bolts from drawer extrusion on both sides

  • Remove fasteners and sealant holding ply

  • Remove inner frame

<ul><li><p>Slot these 2 holes on both sides to attempt to lower inner frame enough to clear door once re-attached </p></li><li><p>This may require rolling top edge or folds holding ply in place </p></li></ul><p></p>
  • Slot these 2 holes on both sides to attempt to lower inner frame enough to clear door once re-attached

  • This may require rolling top edge or folds holding ply in place

  • Re-attach inner frame to extrusion

  • May require significnat force to push back onto ply 

  • Re-seal as required 

  • May require some vertical hammering to lower frame once re-attached

Check and verify gap is present between drawer faceplate - adjust further as required
