Drawing The Boxes

This give an overview of the different types of boxes that may be required.
To complete this step you will need:
Rough Site Measure Boxes and images (If not attached, check with Customer Service)
Illustrator
Once you have drawn the boxes, the next step is to label them with the correct panel references.
Using the Sitemax Font Foundry Sterling Demi
Title Each Panel according to what is marked on the measure.
Using the Dimension tool in Illustrator, add dimensions to the boxes.
Be sure to dimension any different sizes, even if they aren't on-site measurements.
Convert each dimension to 100% scale.
To Do this, expand each dimension and manually update the dimension.
Boxes for Banners (Mesh or Vinyl) need to be in Metres.
Boxes for Rigid Signs (Alupanel, Corflute, etc.) need to be in Millimetres.
Group the dimensions to the boxes
Centre the boxes below the panel number and group together.
Select all, Horizontally Distribute the spacing and group together
Centre the Plan on the artboard and resize the artboard to fit the plan better
Add a Site Specific Title
Save the plan as a PDF in the Customer Folder.
If they have measure-up or working folders, save them there.
Naming Convention "Company" - "Site Address" - "Material" "Site Plan"
