Open up the proof template

Open the Bunting Flag Print File Template.

This should be set up as an action

Copy the first flag design onto the artwork layer on the Bunting Flag Print File Template.

And rotate 90 degrees to the right

Resize the flag to be 255mm wide by whatever the height scales to

Align the Flag to the Top Right corner of the artboard

Using Vertical Align Top and Horizontal Align Right

Create a duplicate of the flag and rotate it 180 degrees then align to the left hand edge of the artboard.

Duplicate out the two flags roughly aligning them with the Squiggle line down the middle.

Align the last flag to the bottom right corner of the artboard.

Using Vertical Align Bottom and Horizontal Align Right

Select all the flags and Vertical Distribute Spacing

Unlock the background layer and change the colour to match the flag colour

Save the file in the correct production folder as a PDF

Naming convention "Artwork Code" "Company Name" "Flag 1 Front"

Delete all the flag designs just leaving the background colour

Save the file in the correct production folder as a PDF

Naming convention "Artwork Code" "Company Name" "Flag 1 Back"
