<p>Install new bench support cable bracket on the roof truss at all support cable locations and hang new support cable from each bracket. Temporarily secure the new cable to the existing cable prior to cleanout.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Release the end of the bench by removing any bracket fixings that attach the bench to the rear support rail.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Move the last bench triangle before the row end toward the rear support rail to lift the end of the bench slightly above the support rail.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Install pre-fabricated bracing to carry the lowered rear gutter support rail at the correct height in the location where the two heights change.</p>

<p>Use a 5” cutting wheel to cut through the rear support rail at the transition point. Be sure to support the rail that is being cut off from the brace. (Start of the caps rows)&nbsp;</p>

<p>Slide or tap the rear gutter support rail away from the rail joiner bracket until the 8 metre length disconnects from the next join fixing.</p>

<p>Use the required number of staff to perform this task safely. Support the rear gutter support rail while using a 5” cutoff wheel to cut completely through the threaded rod at the location shown. 2 cuts per 8 metre lengths.</p><p>Step 6 and 7 can be reversed if it is found that there is a more practical method due to the age of the infrastructure.</p>

Use the required number of staff to perform this task safely. Support the rear gutter support rail while using a 5” cutoff wheel to cut completely through the threaded rod at the location shown. 2 cuts per 8 metre lengths.

<p>Use the required number of staff to perform this task safely. Lift the 8 metre long rear rail approx. 120mm to disconnect the rail from the mounting bracket and lower the rail to ground. Repeat until all rear gutter support rails have been placed on the floor plastic.</p>

<p>Adjust the pictured nut to the exact required location for new bench height. (Position TBC at commencement of this job)</p>

<p>Remove the “C” bracket and be ready for install against the newly positioned nut on the cut and measured threaded rod that is still connected to the rear gutter support rail.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Working in reverse to the lowering process (from end to start) Position each bracket on the outrigger with the rear gutter support rail in an inverted position to the original position.&nbsp;<br>Secure the bracket in position by fastening down a new 24mm nut until the bracket pulls tight against the height locating nut. Use a 5" grinding wheel to round over the tip of the threaded rod.</p>

Secure the bracket in position by fastening down a new 24mm nut until the bracket pulls tight against the height locating nut. Use a 5" grinding wheel to round over the tip of the threaded rod.
