Torque Values
Disconnect the vehicle battery by disconnecting the negative terminal before starting.
Remove the factory plastic hole plugs from the front (cab-end) of the wellside.
Install the Front Angle (CP106879) onto the front of the wellside, aligning it with the pre-existing bung holes.
Install using:
M8x20 Bolts
M8 Washer
Loctite
Tighten all six bolts.
Fit the Front Cap over the Front Angle, ensuring it isn't sitting over the factory rubber as shown.
Mount the Front Cap (CP106878) to the Front angle (CP106879) using:
M8x25 CSK bolts
M8 Washer
M8 Nyloc
Tighten both sides.
Loosely fit the side rails (CW109489/90) onto the wellside.
Leave the front factory bolt loose to hold the rails in place.
Clamp the back of the side rails firmly to the well side.
Drill a hole through the wellside, ensuring not to go through to the outside.
Ensure that both sides are sitting at the same height. 2 holes will need to be drilled on each side.
Mount side rails to the wellside using:
M8x20 Bolt
M8 Washers
M8 Nyloc
Apply double-sided tape to the flat bar. Make sure the tape is secure across the entire length. Ensure the flat bar sits flush with the front of the side rails.
Urethane the front corners to prevent leaks.
Apply a rubber bulb seal around the fitting kit. Ensure to use tape prep.
Before fitting the tailgate bracket, ensure to fit Foam Tape 15x3mm on the parts shown.
Remove the screws from the tailgate and then reinstall with the tailgate bracket over top. As shown
Ensure the tailgate bracket doesnt hit the side rails.
Lift the canopy onto the wellside with at least 4 people. ensure the bulb seal is underneath the canopy and none is sticking out as shown.
Order of which blots to place. Follow the Diagram to ensure the canopy is fitted correctly.
Mount the canopy to the fitting kit using:
M8x25 Bolts
M8 Washers
M8 Nylocs
Fit the relay, making sure no wires come loose when inserting.
Crimp the fuse blade holder to the red wire on the Camco in-cab loom.
Remove the 10amp fuse from the spot shown.
Fit the fuse holder with two 10-amp fuses into the spot where the 10-amp factory fuse was.
Cut the original earth terminal off and replace it with an M8 one.
Locate the earth and secure.
Locate the Purple wire at the front of the vehicle by the kick panel. Ensure to test the right wire for the door ajar alarm and strip 10mm.
Solder the White to Purple for door Ajarm Alarm.
Locate the Brown and Blue wire for the central locking and stip 10mm.
Solder Green to Brown and Brown to Blue for central locking. Ensure to wrap all exposed wires in electrical tape.
Run the Cab to Canopy Camco Loom from the canopy through to the cab as shown. ensure it runs along the chassis.
Insert the colored wire from the Camco loom to the correct spot on the Deutch plug and then connect it to the camco cab loom.
Ensure there is a wedge for the plug to hold the wires in place.
Once all the wiring is connected. Reinstall the negative terminal to the battery and check the canopy works smoothly.
Re-fit the trim and side kick panel.
